Commercial Services

The offer of 50% off a month of commercial cleaning services is restricted to standard maintenance cleaning of commercial spaces. These spaces are defined as typical office areas, medical facilities, and schools/daycares. Warehouse cleaning and post construction cleaning are not included.

This offer does not extend to special services such as deep cleaning, floor waxing or carpet cleaning.

Residential Services

The offer of 50% off a residential cleaning is restricted to standard maintenance of a residential space.

This offer does not extend to special services such as deep cleaning or carpet cleaning. Homes with excessive cleaning requirements such as those with heavy pet use or hoarding will be charged for the additional cleaning required.

Availability

This offer is available only once per person and per household.

The space to be cleaned must be within the service coverage area of DC Office Cleaning.

Users signing up by referral from respective social media pages must be active users of their profiles. Dummy profiles, bots, and accounts created for the purposes of taking advantage of this offer will be disqualified.
